OPERATION & PROCESS DESIGN
The principle of chrome ore washing plant is to maximize the recovery rate of chrome and the associated heavy minerals from the Ganges firstly and then separate chrome ore from the associated heavy minerals by joint mining solutions such as gravity separation, magnetic separation, etc.
Pineer offers complete chrome wash plants irrespective of the material quality.
The chrome wash plant mainly includes an ore feeder, jaw crusher, fine crusher, vibrating screens, ball mill, spiral classifier, spiral chutes, shaker tables, pumps, diesel generator, etc.

Main Machinery Introduction
Jaw crusher
Feature: for first stage primary crushing, and reduce rock ore size to smaller (like 30-50mm).
Fine crusher
Feature: for secondary stage of crushing, to further reduce rock ore size smaller (like 5-20mm)
Ball mill
Feature: to grinding ore into about 100-200 mesh, and liberate out useful mineral ore contained by quartz.
Spiral classifier
Feature: to form a close-circuit with ball mill for grinding, and control the mill’s output size.
Vibrating screen
Feature: to do screening after crushing stage, and return back big-size rock ore to crushers.
Feature: to separate out useful heavy chrome ore by specific gravity & centrifuge force, Spirals are made by FRP+plastic.
6S shaker table
Feature: to do final gravity separation and remove impurity material, to ensure output chrome product reach high grade.
Pumps
Feature: centrifugal force water pump, and slurry pumps.

A: Normally 30% T/T deposit in advance, the balance 70% T/T before delivery from the factory.
