The 6-s Shaker table which is also called a table concentrator is a mineral separation device for fine/powder minerals working by gravity. It is effective in processing precious and base metals, rare metals, and non-metallic minerals, widely used in separation for Gold, Silver, Tin, Columbium, Tantalum, Titanium, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead, Zinc, Mercury, Copper, Aluminum, etc.

The deck is made of a steel framework and covered 16mm fiberglass with corundum, this cover reaches as high as 70% of steel, which is stronger, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has no distortion, providing long working life on different minerals and different weather conditions.

— 46/60 riffles belong to the coarse sand deck, good for separating 0.5–2mm ore particles;
— 88/110/120 riffles belong to the fine sand deck, good for separating 0.074–0.5mm ore particles;
— 138 riffles belong to the slurry/slim deck, good for separating ≤0.074mm ore particles.

How to operate it

Put the raw materials into the feeding launder, and put some water in to make it into the slurry(density of 20% to 25%), and gravity flow to the deck surface. The particle group becomes loose and layered because of the rinsing of water and shaking of the deck in the bed ditch. After the layered, the upper particle and the bottom particle move in different directions because of the different pressure of flowing water and the friction of the bed surface. The upper light particle moves downward along the transverse deck surface result of the stronger flowing water, this side is called the tailing side. The heavy mineral particles located in the bottom of the bed layer were influenced by the differential movement of the bed surface, thus they move to the opposite of the drive end, and we call this point the concentrate side. Because of the different density, granularity, and directions of movement, the groups of mineral particles spread in Fan-shaped along the diagonal of the feeding launder. The production discharge along the edge of the bed surface, the discharge line is so long, so that the shaking table could produce many kinds of different quality products precisely.

Separating precisely is the prominent advantage of the 6-s shaker table. Customers can get some final concentrate, final tailings, and 1 or 2 kinds of middling products after the first separation from raw minerals. The enrichment ratio of concentrate is very good, when dealing with low-grade tungsten ore and tin ore, the enrichment ratio could reach about 300 times.
